Presently I work for Ciena Ltd (UK) as a Commissioning Engineer on Optical- and Network Management- products. I have been working in the Telecommunications Industry for several years ranging from delivery of Techincal Training to 3rd line support roles.
My goal is to achieve a change in career from Telecoms/IT to involvement in either Web Development or a support role dealing with Web Technologies. I have a high profile in IT support and Web development proficiency and want to exploit these skills to their full potential.
My qualities range from writing/delivery of technical training courses (Telecom), providing technical support (IT), to building dynamic websites (Web development).
My native language is Dutch. I am fluent in English, Flemish and German.
